After the Army, while I was in college, I got a job at the Everett Vet Center, in Everett, WA. I answered phones, stored patient files, gave out general information about VA benefits, made brochures. My office manager liked to hire veteran students and was very helpful in working around our schedules. Being able to help other veterans made this a very fulfilling job.
